A Little About us...

 Our dream for this villa was born on a bar napkin after a couple of drinks.

We originally purchased a home in Venice Beach, with plans to rent it out and eventually rebuild with our custom design. However, after experiencing a summer with red tide (it's gross, look it up) - we decided the Gulf life just wasn't for us. We had our hearts set on Florida, so we drove down the east coast stopping in little towns along the way to find the perfect nesting spot. We landed in New Smyrna Beach and never looked back!

We purchased a plot of land in North Beach in 2018, and started construction in 2019 (after clearing away some trees and turtles of course.) We rented a home in Daytona, then one right here in NSB to stay close to the process. In early 2020, we finally got to move in - and then the pandemic hit. Thankfully, we had plenty of time and outdoor space to enjoy our new town safely, and we continue to do so with the addition of both of our moms and our ever-visiting friends.
